OUR STORY.... OUR PHILOSOPHY
After graduating from the University of Iowa nearly 30 years ago my father asked if I wanted to try and start a company building houses with him. It turned out to be the best decision. We built and renovated hundreds of homes and our relationship became even stronger because I was taught by providing honesty, hard work, and fair prices we would not only gain loyal customers but also develop lasting friendships. It is very rewarding to see the enjoyment and satisfaction of a client with a project you have done for them and how much their house means to them. Now, years later, I have my own family and home and that helps to reinforce the values my father passed down to me.
